Ocean Milk® Coral Calcium

Q. How much Ocean Milk™ Coral Calcium should I take?

A. Check your recommended daily calcium intake as your age and sex will determine the amount you will need.

Each 1 gram scoop of Ocean Milk® contains 230mgs of elemental (the amount absorbed) calcium, while each Ocean Milk® Gold capsule contains 138 mgs of elemental calcium - adjust your serving to your required calcium needs.

We recommend 1500 mg of Ocean Milk® Coral Calcium per day which is equivalent to 1 and 1/2 flat scoops of powder or 3 capsules. Many people take between 1500-3000 mg daily, depending on their calcium needs and age. After you have taken coral calcium for 60 days you will begin to sense what your body needs. Everybody responds differently based on your current health, sex, environment, stress, and age.

Q. Is Ocean Milk® Coral Calcium suitable for all ages?

A. Ocean Milk® Coral Calcium can be taken by children over 2yrs old right through to the elderly - also suitable for pregnant or lactating women. For infants it is best to consult your medical practitioner.

Q. What minerals does Ocean Milk® Coral Calcium contain?

A. Along with calcium and magnesium being the dominant minerals, Ocean Milk^® contains over 60+ trace elements to make a well rounded mineral supplement.

Q. Can Ocean Milk® Coral Calcium raise pH?

A. Yes, there is a direct correlation between calcium ion levels and pH. One can easily test body fluid pH by putting saliva on litmus paper. Most children will measure alkaline pH 7.2 or above. Over half of adults will register an acidic pH of 6.5 or lower, reflecting low alkaline mineral reserves.

Q. Why is there vitamin D in Ocean Milk® Coral Calcium Gold caps?

Q. If I take 1000 mgs of Ocean Milk® Coral Calcium, am I getting 1000 mgs of calcium?

A. In every 1000mgs of Ocean Milk® there is 230mgs of elemental calcium, 115mgs of magnesium. Although it contains higher amounts than this, the "elemental" figures refer to the actual amount the body will absorb.

Q. I have a serious health problem can I take Ocean Milk® Coral Calcium?

A. We recommend you consult an informed physician before taking any supplement when you already have a serious health issue. Many physicians are very well informed about natural supplements –while others may not be. You may have to look around for a doctor who can give you good advice but we believe it's worth the effort.

Ocean Milk® Coral Water

Q. How do I use Ocean Milk® Coral Water sachets?

A. Simply drop one sachet in either a glass or drink bottle filled with liquid in the same way that you would a tea bag (except you can leave the sachet in until you have finished with the glass or drink bottle!) Do not tear the sachet open and pour contents into the liquid as the coral sands do not dissolve.

Q. What liquid should I use Ocean Milk® Coral Water sachets in?

A. Filtered water is the easiest and most effective, but you can use the sachets in any non-carbonated water based beverage.

Q. How long can I use each Ocean Milk® Coral Water sachet for?

A. Each sachet can be used for up to 8 hours. There is no added benefit for leaving it in a liquid any longer than 2 hours but for convenience sake if it is placed in a 1.5 -2litre drink bottle once this has been finished discard sachet and refill with new sachet.

Q. Can I use Ocean Milk® Coral Water sachets when I'm travelling?

A. Certainly – when travelling in countries that you are not sure of the quality of water it is best practice to boil the water first and then add an Ocean Milk® Coral Water sachet before drinking. Alternatively purchasing bottled water and just adding a sachet can sometimes be an easier option!

Q. How many Ocean Milk® Coral Water sachets do I use per day?

A. On a general health note we are recommended to drink up to 2 litres of water a day so with this in mind we suggest placing one sachet in a 1.5 -2litre water bottle and drinking throughout the day. This way a regular Ocean Milk® Coral Water 30PK will last for one month. You may use more than this per day however it is not necessary.
